My career has always centered around solving complex organizational problems.
I began in government, serving as a Political Attaché to the Consul General of Israel, where I learned how diplomacy, communication, and organizational systems influence decision-making at the highest levels.
From there, I transitioned into private equity, supporting SaaS acquisitions and portfolio companies pursuing aggressive growth strategies.
Working alongside founders and executive teams gave me firsthand exposure to what separates companies that scale successfully from those that become trapped by operational complexity.
During that time, I completed my MBA while helping businesses improve operational performance, integrate acquisitions, and prepare organizations for long-term growth.
Over time, I noticed the same pattern emerging across industries.
Most businesses weren't failing because of poor ideas.
They were slowing down because their founder had unintentionally become the operating system of the business.
Every important decision, approval, relationship, and process flowed through one person.
That realization ultimately led me to found Jade Levitt Consulting.

I'm endlessly curious about AI, business systems, and the future of work. I ask difficult questions, challenge assumptions, and look for practical solutions that create measurable results.
